Gemma obtained a distinction in the Legal Practice Course and joined Muscatt Walker Hayim as a trainee solicitor in 2014, qualifying in 2016.
Gemma acts for various property developers, private clients and companies, including offshore entities in connection with their affairs in the United Kingdom, and has a commercial practice specialising in residential and commercial property along with Private Client matters.
She assists clients on a variety of matters including residential and leasehold transactions, Trust Deeds and Wills along with obtaining Grants of Probate for both British and offshore clients with assets in the UK.
